It's unbelievable how unfriendly some people can be. So many people – and yet no understanding, especially for children. They simply can't sit still for four hours. People are harassed just because they don't have a German passport. And if you're spending four hours here, especially with children, you need a toilet. Pure disrespect in how people treat each other.

I had an appointment at the district office and stopped at the barrier to request entry via the intercom. He told me to use a parking space directly in the general parking lot. I replied that the spaces there were full. He opened the barrier, and I parked there. Suddenly, he appeared in the courtyard and told me to leave the premises because a single parking space had become available in the general parking lot. By the time I got there, it was occupied again. And I had to spend a lot of time searching for a parking space several streets away! The person responsible for this mess was a portly, unkempt, and unfriendly man at the information desk. It's worth remembering that this is the public point of contact, which begs the question: why was such an unfriendly and unprofessional person hired? And what happened to the friendly and very polite lady at the information desk? Retired?

The advisor at the immigration office was one of the most competent people I've ever encountered in any office. She knew things about applicable law that my lawyer didn't (and I had to pay for that). Excellent advice, excellent help. Thank you so much, Ms. N.
