Laugh until the Soul Dances: A Deanery Women's Day Full of Joy
A shared morning in the Protestant community connects devotion, breakfast, and cheerful movement. The Deanery Women's Day in Sulzbach-Rosenberg creates space for reflection, encounter, and a liberating experience of faith that connects body, mind, and soul.
Start the Day with Devotion and Breakfast
The morning begins with a short devotion and a cozy breakfast in the community hall of Christuskirche. In a calm atmosphere, participants find time for prayer, exchange, and spiritual community before the varied program begins.
Laughter Yoga, Breathing Exercises, Singing, and Dancing
At the center are playful sequences from laughter yoga as well as laughter yoga and breathing exercises. Singing and dancing complement the exercises and create a lively, encouraging atmosphere. Laughter trainer Alexandra Joppien guides the morning and invites participants to recharge their energy and discover the lightness of the moment.
A Religious Experience with a Sense of Community
The Deanery Women's Day combines Protestant adult education with practical impulses for well-being and spirituality. Laughter is experienced as a communal experience: it relieves tension, opens contact with others, and provides a special access to joy and inner peace.
For Women from the Region
The event is organized by the Protestant Adult Education Upper Palatinate e. V. in cooperation with the deanery women's representatives of the Protestant deanery district Cham, Sulzbach-Rosenberg, and Weiden. Registration is requested by February 15, 2027. Childcare is available upon request.
Participants can expect an inspiring morning with devotion, breakfast, laughter yoga, breathing exercises, music, movement, and warm encounters. Those seeking new strength, joy, and community are best experienced live at the community hall of Christuskirche.
