Christmas Tree Auction of FC Rieden: Tradition, Community, and Good Causes
On Saturday, January 9, 2027, 1. FC Rieden invites you to the traditional Christmas tree auction in Rieden. At the country inn Zum Bärenwirt, the lived club community combines with a sociable evening, attractive prizes, and local connections.
An Evening with Riedener Tradition
Christmas tree auctions are among the traditional club events in the Upper Palatinate. At FC Rieden, not only is social interaction the focus, but also the good cause: the proceeds support the maintenance and modernization of the nature and generation playground at the club's sports facility.
Prizes and Communal Togetherness
Visitors can look forward to a variety of prizes that will be auctioned off throughout the evening. The event blends excitement, humor, and the unique shopping experience of a locally rooted club auction. Florian Gröninger from Grögötz Weißbir is announced as the auctioneer. Mayor Erwin Geitner will also accompany the evening.
Welcome to Bärenwirt
The venue is the country inn Zum Bärenwirt at Hauptstraße 9. To kick off the evening, FC Rieden welcomes its guests with a welcome drink. The market atmosphere here arises through personal encounters, collected donations, and support for local club work.
A Contribution to the Generation Playground
By attending the Christmas tree auction, market-goers, club friends, and families support a specific project on site. The nature and generation playground at the sports facility of FC Rieden is to be preserved, modernized, and further developed as a meeting place for different age groups.
The Christmas tree auction of FC Rieden promises an entertaining evening with regional tradition, social interaction, and a sustainable benefit for the community. Those who want to experience club life and good causes directly on site will find a festive start to the year at Bärenwirt.
