Matthias Egersdörfer brings laughter through slowness

The world runs, rushes, and whirls – Matthias Egersdörfer stands still and watches it stumble. With his stage program slow, the Franconian cabaret artist performs on September 11, 2027, at the Kultur-Schloss Theuern in Kümmersbruck. The audience can expect a quirky laughing experience between stand-up, cabaret, and pointed observations of everyday life.

When everyday life rushes and Egersdörfer explodes leisurely

People hurry through streets, tractors thunder over fields, and disaster reports flash every second. Matthias Egersdörfer counters this high-speed theater with his own stage logic: slowly, sentence by sentence, but by no means quietly. For him, peace does not mean relaxation, but thorough preparation for the next excitement.

Stand-up with Franconian temperament

The program combines cabaret, stories, and sharply observed everyday scenes. Egersdörfer's humor thrives on precise timing, striking stage presence, and interaction with the audience that transforms small observations into significant punchlines. His characters and narratives initially seem incidental – until the punchline arrives with the force of a delayed regional train.

Written slowly, fast in thought

Letter by letter, word by word, and sentence by sentence, the program was created as a conscious counterpoint to the constant pace of modern life. Slowness here does not become a wellness cure, but a magnifying glass: the more closely Egersdörfer looks, the more absurd the small disasters of everyday life appear.

An evening for fans of pointed cabaret

Matthias Egersdörfer has been present in the German-speaking comedy and cabaret scene for years and is regularly seen on television. His program slow promises no drowsy break from everyday life, but an unusual comedy atmosphere filled with laughter, friction, and carefully crafted punchlines.

Conclusion

Anyone who wants to experience cabaret with character, stand-up with attitude, and a comedian with unmistakable stage energy will find the perfect evening at Kultur-Schloss Theuern. So: put away your phone, leave the time pressure behind, and be there live when Matthias Egersdörfer gently upends the world for an evening.
